I got no specific role to choose, cause it is under the Technology Analyst Program. It is actually based on the project needs, according to the senior manager that I talked to that day.

Hi, basically u are broken into ur own group, then there will be an assessor tagging with u all. U just need to come out with a solution in ur group and through some methodology which Accenture uses and will be introduced during that day. All groups just present their solutions at the end of the day. The questions are usually based on the proposed solution.

U should have received some material and the problem itself through email.

Not sure if it's still the same (i did mine in march). Just work as a team to present a solution, they not judging ur solution so no need to be super amazing. All my friends who went for it got the offer. So theres no quota on how many will be offered. It's really not hard to get thru.

Roles are defined by projects. But 1 thing to note is the program is just marketing lingo. No diff from when there isnt a program

That's is like fresh grad salary in 2021. With 3 year experience, I think you should be able to fetch like 6-8k easily.
