Hello, just to check is there a minimum gpa or like what class of honours to get to be in talent advancement program? Because I got a pass classification only but have internships, leadership and cca experiences. Gpa got pulled down due to my second year. I know it’s my mistakes but I wanted to check if there’s anyone who got a pass cert in Accenture and have done well in their job? Like does the degree affect your promotion also? Thanks in advance

What you mean by “you’ve made it”? If you belong to tech, which means you’re not under S&C, there’s no way you can transfer to strategy or consulting as they are totally different DTE, unless you have extremely strong connections or have substantial project experience in those roles. For strategy roles and consulting roles, they have more stringent hiring process and the numbers hired on a yearly basis for consulting or strategy are consulting very little, way lesser than those technology roles that are being mass hired monthly. So if you aren’t offered a strategy or consulting role when you join Accenture, it means you aren’t qualified for it, let alone say doing an internal transfer from a totally different function. Not putting you down, but this is the facts, that’s to be fair to those who have gone through a tougher hiring process of interviews etc as compared to the mass hire for those business and integration/delivery roles. Even strategy or consulting project specific roles are kept for those consulting analyst-managers or strategy analyst-managers.
So short answer to your question is no.

Lol sia totally different function how to transfer. Continue dreaming, if at the start you can’t even get an offer for strategy or consulting when you join Accenture, what makes you think you being in technology function gives you an advantage to come into strategy or consulting roles. What got do easy one when strategy hires and consulting hires are hired with tougher hiring rounds compared to y’all tech mass hires.
