Do ACN pay the same for all Tapper in fresh grad?
I saw the chargeability of one of my level 10 colleague, he join as 11, but promoted, is much higher than me (even I am lvl 9), does it mean his salary is higher than me?
He graduate from some ATAS uni school in UK, first class honour
does it mean his pay grade level 11 is different normal grad level 11?

All same unless according to HR you bring with you credible experience and skills. Credible experience not referring to atas internships, but more so of proper work experience. Well in this case this person may have negotiated using his atas uni lo, depending on how atas it is

Why can't companies give a decent increment to retain employees rather than forking out 10-20% more to hire someone new.. endless cycle of talent drain and more expensive in the long run.

This is a troll lol Accenture managers are all great and the company is fortune 500, so it means its a well respected company.
in the last 20 years no tech companies in singapore have had this problem therefore its not possible and this is a lie.
