Not sure which program you are referring to, since neither me nor the person proposing solutions talked about programs. Although Accenture hires contractors, they also hire full-time employees like me and others.

Maybe learn how basic compassion works instead of being a typical Asian dipshit going "LOLOLOL LEARN URSELF BRO SPOONFEED??". Dumbass. Shove the spoon up your own ass dipshit.
Did you just join? Or which level are you at to be already proposing solutions yet not having proper skill sets in it? Doubt a new joiner or somewhere as an analyst or senior analyst be proposing solutions already. With that said, if you’re a consultant level and above, still no credible solutions to propose also wierd.

No idea why do you expect them to train you lol are you crazy? You're literally not qualified whatsoever and they gave you a job. If you want a job that's actually catered to your skillset, apply for perm positions and not some trash program garbage.
Lol this program is a permanent position dumbass. This program is not like your useless uob dbs ocbc grad programme where it’s not even a permanent position, the purpose of this program is to provide a structured fast track promotion (promoted to next level after one year to 1 and a half years).

Also maybe I'm naive and haven't worked for enough bad companies, but I'd think that if you were told to do something you're unfamiliar with, be it consulting or development, you'd at least be able to ask/get some help.

Not asking for companies send you to school and pay you an allowance like your parents, but you should be able to ask for advice, learn from others, etc.

Are you a troll lol, all full time positions for fresh grad is through the talent advancement program. For you to not even know this program really doubts you’re even an employee. Are you rejected or a employee wannabe sia. Even your original post also sounds sus.

The DBS program is perm position with a conversion after 2 years. The UOB program is perm position with conversion + bonus after 1 year. Check your sources, retard.

All programs are fast-track programs. That's literally what graduate / talent / track programs are for. If you wanted training etc, that's called a traineeship. Facepalm...

Typical dipshit anonymous retard spouting garbage. Stfu.

True. Btw no technology people are asked to do consulting work, because they have consulting people who were hired to do consulting work. So probably the original op got it all wrong, and think consulting is just “providing solution” which isn’t even consulting of course not “real consulting work” lah. Got an speak to those hired to do consulting (consulting development analyst, consulting development snr analyst, mgmt consultant, mgmt consulting assoc manager and so on) see what they’re job scope is before clattering all into “consulting”.
So many business and integration analyst wanna be in consulting really lol sia, even one who’s hired as bus and integration arch analyst puts himself as strategy and consulting on LinkedIn like huh???

Check your sources before sprouting nonsense bro. Contradicting much? Why is there a need for conversion if it’s already a permanent position lmao. Acn tap is a permanent full time employment with no need for any conversion. One get to promote to the next level after one year to one and a half years. At the next level, one just needs to take one and a half year to two years to be promoted to the next level. After which there’s no fix duration to move up the ranks.

Everyone knows that getting into dbs or ocbc or uob to do tech roles are their backup choices cos they can’t get in anywhere. To work in a bank, only IB, markets or asset management roles are prestigious. Again with that said, how can dbs, ocbc and uob market themselves against international and global banks?
