Usually it take 1.5-2 year from lvl 11 to lvl 9(6k+), not hard to achieve.
After that you can jump to other companies and get even higher pay.
Just need to know how to play the game.

I see, interesting. Did they only revise the Strategy Analyst salary, or also revise salary for all levels (e.g. Strategy Consultant, Strategy Manager etc.)?

Im not the one who posted that but you can easily find some linkedin profiles which fits into what he has just described.
Search for people with promotions from analyst to consultant. You can find that most gotten it in 2-3 years.
Consultant is level 9, which means they skipped level 10 (senior analyst). This is well known to everyone in acn by the way.

They did actually. But i dont have the exact numbers. I only have strategy analyst friends.
On the other hand, those people doing analytics also had their pay bumped with no increase in level.
