Aiya the pay isnt a big consideration to me at this point la.. i got offered from a jap company grad program so i chose that over this lor. I just felt that their program was more structured compared to this. idk? At least for that role, i got to chat with the supervisor to find out what i will be really doing, whereas there wasnt any interview for acn.. tbh i still dk what this tech analyst actually do, i scared end up do saiking.

And actually the pay just lesser by abit only la. Cause their company bonus abit more, so you add up is about the same. Acn doesnt have the 13th month bonus, and the pb usually quite low from what i read in this forum previously. Yep, so i ended up taking there lor.

Real talk. Jap companies are notorious for having extremely shitty culture. Clock in timings, docking your pay when you’re late, strict lunch hours and generally bad WLB. Best of luck bro.
