Grouped under the same umbrella called s&c. But everyone is still paid differently. They recently increased pay for individual groups of people depending on where they are aligned as well. Different % of increases. Kicked in last month.
The one you are referring to are people with titles like mgmt consulting analyst, or technology consulting analyst, or consulting development analyst etc. Not 'strategy analyst'.

Yep still has higher after combined. In fact they increased the pay again to match competition. Now they are competing directly with MBB for talents. But of course it is still a long way to go in terms of reputation in field of strategy.

Wont be surprised. During my time it was 5k sign on bonus. Of course people on contract roles here wont ever get this kind of deal.
