OCBC Postgrad Management Programme.

Has anyone heard back from OCBC regarding application status? Like invitation to final interviews or offers?

Went for IB AC. Have not heard back from them. Heard rumours that the final interviews were this week or last week, but no confirmation yet.

Anyone had internal candidates on their AC day? I had two and I think that they are pretty good, probably used to what is expected of them already

Anyway, anyone got offered yet and what's offered on your package?

Internal candidates are part of the IMAP, where I = Internal. There is a framework in place that allows management to recommend existing staff for a Management Associate position. I.e. internal candidates win management over first, before going through the process. Once they clear the AC, they're in.

Packages vary from person to person, and will account for past/relevant experience and performance during the hiring process (speculation). I doubt anyone would share their pay package here, but the staff benefits are pretty decent. No complaints.

eh? just because he got an offer doesn't mean everyone else has gotten theirs. and maybe he is from a previous intake?

We have up to 22 Nov for the final interview. If we don't hear from OCBC by then I guess we didn't make it for the AC. This is in accordance to their website's post.

I have to say other foreign organisations handle rejections better e.g. JP morgan chase. If they find you unsuitable, they will just an email telling you that they are not shortlisted for interview rather than keep you waiting.

Ops side has started offering people to join their MA program.
