Unfortunately the chances of having PGMA open to public is extremely low.
As the primary focus is Fresh Graduate, which OCBC offers YB prgram.
For PGMA, they can source from internal staff with more than 2-3 years experiences + good performance grading + recommendation from supervisor + some luck. Therefore when these 4 stars aligned, internal staff are pushed to this program.
Thus, public PGMA intake , i don't think that will happen in the near future.

OCBC PGMA had been closed from public since 2016...
