Technical Project Management at Shopee
Recently I saw a entry job from Shopee ( https://careers.shopee.sg/job-detail/1949/). I wonder what are all your opinions on it? What are the future career prospects/paths after having the job experience?

"aggressive deadlines and exacting standards" -> Expect to OT as much as needed by our standards
"product gets more complex" -> There's not much documentation for you
"Optimize process to balance between speed and scalability" -> this will break, and you're expected to fix it regardless of the time of day
FWIW, most people i've known who has worked in Sea or Shopee hates it there, even my chinese friends. They hire chinese developers exclusively, and singaporeans in other roles to make up for the expat to locals ratio.
