Basic salary can differ a little depending on your background (e.g. related experience, current salary, etc.). Shift allowance is abit more than that.

OT will be depending on your shift teams strength and also for the roles required, but you will not be doing it immediately. Only once your supervisor deems you're experienced and reliable enough for the role, then you'll be eligible called up for OT.
As for the questions I left out, I'm not obliged to answer and it is up to you to figure it out. Cheers.

Last question, can we do a 4-4 days from 2-2 days of work by getting agreement from our shift reliever/colleague and supervisor? Coz I've been told onshore plants are mostly like that wonder if Exxon too. Only if you wish to answer this. Thanks a lot man.

There's halal food being served at all sites so no worries on this one.
You'll pay for your food either by cash or nets. No coupons.

What I did to know about the status was, log in to your jobs.exxonmobil profile, go to jobs applied and look the status. If it is still "Application Currently in Progress", best of luck and just wait. If it is "No Longer Under Consideration", like few of my jobs applied, then you will need to try again next time. If you feel like could not wait any longer, I think you may want to try shoot an email to the HR thai to know your progress. Since your interview was on 18/3, it is best to just wait until end of the month.
