Never receive any email for medical appt so far. Cos Im always looking at the portal so see if there is any change in status 😬😬😬. So I guess theres no point seeing the portal if medical appt is still "application in progress "since I also had tat status after my interview. My hopes are thinning though.

We dont need so many traders. Dont give up even if you are not shortlisted.
Be prepared for late hours of working in exchange of money.

I am not sure if this is the appropriate forum to filed my question in but i figure it is similar.
I interviewed for an engineering position with ExxonMobile in October.
I am wondering about the status of my application online could mean.

I applied for an engineer position in July. I received a phone interview and was invited for a site visit for a second interview. I attended my site interview approximately 3 weeks ago.

I have been told i will hear from a supervisor regarding whether or not an offer will be extended.

I have been patiently waiting for a reply.

I did notice however that my application status on the website has had some changes. following are the statuses and dates of when they arrived in the status. i was wondering if anyone has any insight as to the meaning of these status updates.

Application Under Review-08/01/2017
Application in Progress- 11/01/2017
Application in Progress- 11/02/2017

I am hoping this is a positive sign that my application is going through some steps towards an offer. Has anyone seen this progression with their application status? if so did it end with an offer extended or with a rejection letter?

Thanks for any insight. I don't want to call and bug HR.

I went for an interview for a technician position in early October. I applied in early September. My current status update is Application in Progress. The status was ever since I went for the interview. I've got an email from them a week later telling me that they are currently doing the selection process and I should be able to know if I am shortlisted somewhere in November. The good thing is, they also indicated that if I am unsuccessful, I will still be inform by year end. So my bench mark is by this month.
