For two and half years of working experience. Generally, in engineering field
public sector - underpaid
GLC - mariginally underpaid
private sector (MNC) - slightly underpaid
private sector (SME) - fair

I would say around $3,100 - $3,400.
Two of my friends drawing that amount in GLC with 2-3 years of experience but that is after changing of job.
One is change from pte to GLC.
The other one is working at shipyard with very high bonus.
