Why agents like bull market
By most accounts, the bull market is back, to the delight of property agents. If you are familiar with their tactics, you should know that whether it's bull or bear or fish, they will tell you it's always best to buy NOW. And if you haven't noticed, the "experts" are all claiming that prices will trend higher and higher. Why? So that kiasu Singaporeans will continue buying, afraid of losing out on the "bargain" deals now. I'm afraid there's already a bubble now.

Agents like any market as long as they can make money. When people are dumping properties in the asian financial crisis, agents also make a lot of money. What they are afraid of is a super quiet market with few transactions.

Yup. My colleague was just telling me I should get my flat soon, before prices rise further. According to her, the "experts" are saying prices will rise even more as what davidtan has mentioned.
I think there is a limit to how big a bubble can grow before it bursts. And all bubbles will eventually burst.
