Anyone know the termination status in a company last for how long ?
How long does a company keep your employment status ? like start and end date or payslips or reasons of leaving etc

reference check by govt do they really ask about employment period? i inflated a bit, like for a few months. like that how ah... like i worked there for around 3 yrs i put 3.5 due to covering employment gap

Than lied that you have 3.5 years exp when it's actually just 3

hmm. i guess in a way if they want to check and find out if i plugged in gaps then i also dont care much already
kind of sian that govt need to check so many things, not as if im applying for high position or scholarship

This kind of deception makes us question. "if this candidate can lie about his background, do we even want hire him to work for government..."

What happens if I applied to a job with email A (then withdrew from it after I got invited to online assessment) and then few months later I applied again with email B to the same job posting. Does this get flagged out?
