I attended an interview last week but I realised the application is missing from Careers@Gov. i am afraid it was because I accidently withdrawn some duplicate applications.

The interviewer says it should be Ok and they need to tell HR about it if I got shortlisted for second interview.

Any one can advise on this?

Or the careers@gov is just a platform for applications and once the process start it will not make a difference anymore?

Interviewed with one of the min. Will HR get back if we are unsuccessful? Or only get back to us if we are successful? And typical wait time is 2 weeks after interview?

Nope the whole process including onboarding (like document submission) is done on that platform.

I think you probably got dropped off the list and didn't make it to the next round, you should clarify again or move on...

Nope. Most don't update on unsuccessful candidates and some ministries take months to get back to candidates even when successful. Such crappy HR

I contacted the support and was told I withdrew the application. Now I recalled withdrawing similar applications when one application with similar title was "Unsuccessful" so as to not waste the HR time after rejecting my application.

Now that i attended an interview without an active application on that platform, makes me worry.

don't bother. i went through an interview with them also and now the application is marked as withdrawn without me doing anything. so they probably found someone for it
