Work and Skills Immersion Programme.
Is like a trainee programme, to gain development and experience in the sector you are interested in. Usually is 1 to 2 years term and non-renewable.

I notice all are contract and some seem non renewable. But i dont understand the difference between WISP and the other traineeship schemes

Anyone knows if HTX will give a verbal offer and proceed with clearance or will they conduct clearance and provide an official offer?

It was done via zoom. I met with HR and 3 other interviewers. Had to submit written test.

Anyone from BCA? I see BCA applications are all contract. Do they hire any perm or after the contract will be converted to perm? how long is the contract btw?

They said they would take 2 weeks or so for 2nd round but didn't hear from them. Its been 3 weeks since the first round. I'm not pinning high hopes on them. How about you?

I just got notified by phone for interview. 1st round. But not sure what to expect especially if they don't inform or call back. Seems like its a norm they don't bother telling you if accepted or rejected.
