now that the topic is brought up, I have a medical condition which has to be managed. as well as some minor issues like poor eyesight.
Will it affect my chance of getting hired due to medical ground?
I completed NS (PES E) and am working in private at the moment,

But after 2nd interview they asked for all these info, they wouldn't ask if not interested?

Just to add on, they asked for my expected salary too. This is after 2 rounds of interview.

seems like alot of negative and pessimistic people here.....
if they asked for forms, info and payslip at the start then it probably means nothing.
if they asked for these after 2nd round of interview, then it definitely means you have at least a DECENT chance of getting offered; i.e. you cleared the 2nd interview. but take note that they might ask a few shortlisted candidate for all these information too.
while this doesnt mean you have secured the job, it definitely means you are being seriously considered. all the best!

If the application status changed from “In Process” to “Shortlisted” a few days after I have went for the 2nd interview, should I email the HR or should I wait till the HR contacts me (hopefully)?

If after final interview they decide they dont want you, will they inform you via email or call? Or via the career@gov website? How long usually after will they inform you? Anyone can advise? Thanks!
