Problem is I am having diploma experience and i was studying part time degree. Only graduated 2 years back. So i guess it really depends.

I already emailed the HR but no reply. Or was that not an offer? But i clearly remembered her asking me if i am keen and saying submitted for approval. I also need to do a health declaration and submit references.

Not too sure. Might be around 4k range I think. If you have their number you can give them a call to find out.

I was asked for health declaration and references first then was asked for payslip and then the salary package was told to me and they said submitted for approval. Is yours in the same order?

For me they asked for my payslip when arranging the formal interview with me.

So it is payslip+declaration form >>> references + health declaration form.

Anyone could advise if the application status is as "Short Listed" what does it mean? I had attended the interview which is about 3 weeks ago.

Shortlisted means you are shortlisted for an interview. 3 weeks is a bit long, did they advise you on the next steps?

Did hr contact you yet? Did they say when they will get back to you since the interview?

Btw, how long we have to wait from final interview to verbal offer?
Also, usually who is the hiring manager? Director, DD or department head?
