Review your CV, upskill yourself in the meantime.
Go for more interviews in preparation for the time when the one job you crave the most appears.

I am also in the same situation. Kanna alot of rejections too.
Now dont know should continue wait or give up although this is just the 3rd week from my last interview.

at same time
check in with the HR person for the inevitable response
think if pple wan to clear hiring decision, nxt 2 weeks likely down time becos of Xmas + New year holiday

Unless you got provisional offer, I think the general timeline for HR to get back is agar 1-2 weeks. At the end of the 2nd week, they never call you means more or less no more already.
If they want you, they typically get back quite fast because they dont want you to go elsewhere. I am also in the situation where I am getting lots of rejection.
Kept screwing up the final interview.
For those unemployed, keep spamming.
For those employed, gambateh.
Let’s hope we can start 2024 with a bang.

yet rejection
what r the employers looking out for
the perfect candidate with the textbook answer????
then it's no way that any employer can find the so-called zero-error one
