Seems like time for skillsfuture

Finished two interviews and both my references contacted by statboard already since 1st week of December, but no indication of an offer during the last two weeks. Is it now really no one is processing hiring stuff, and should I just wait till January 2024 to follow-up? Last two weeks also covid wave so a lot of people sick.
