Haven't, but my previous job experience matches what they are looking for (am in a very niche industry sector). Hoping to get at least the first round of interview.

Chances of hiring
Hi, HR called me today to discuss on salary package and told me that this is not an offer yet and still subject to approval and checks but is unable to confirm the timeline for an offer. Does anyone know what are the chances of me getting hired and the timeline for actual offer?
