No because the GEO5 - SEO1 increment is quite big. So even if you just perform average at SEO1 you will still get more overall.

Is promotion increment a fixed amount for a subgrade? So whether you are near or far from the ceiling of your current pre-promotion subgrade, the amount is the same. Or is it by percentage?

Additionally, PB quantum is different for SEO, e.g. SEO C+ can be similar quantum as GEO B.
