I got my GEO 3 in 2018 October and I just got promoted to Geo 4. I was wondering why I took so long to get to Geo 4.

The 2018 GEO3s in my school are all not promoted this year. All females. Guess it'll be next year for them.
Last year the 2017 GEO3s all got promoted.

I also received good news today that I would be promoted to geo 4. I am from 2015 batch and was on NPL for a year.
