When will we informed about promotion?
Have been stuck at GEO3 for five years

>Consistently good performance
>Minimum '2Bs & 1C' including 'B' for the latest year
>Delay of 1 - 2 or more years for 'C+/C' graders
>C-/D/E' graders not eligible for promotion
>CEP is higher than officer's current substantive grade
>Progression based on latest 2 CEPs
>Meet time norms for YIG or Eff YIS

Abit sian. Previously C is 1.5month
