I am in my 9th year of trained service, GEO5, monthly is $7.1k. It's not great considering the hours i put in, but its definitely better than these figures here lah

Last time MI for geo3 & geo4 is the same at $170? I think you are mistaken. This defeats the whole purpose of a higher sub-grade doing more work and getting paid the same as lower sub-grade. Look at Page 150/152 of this forum. It's not the same across the GEO grades.
For the OP SH who posted like it's the same quantum highlights the problem with the leadership in general. "Head in the well" Exco that chiong and chiong and delegate and delegate but can't even get competitive remuneration facts right. Whoever is the JH will surely suffer under her.

To add: homework is digitalized by assigning using SLS that can be marked instantly by SLS

The whole system doesn't make sense in the first place when a GEO3 is doing essentially the same job as a HOT GEO5 with no intention of climbing to any SEO-level appointment, but it takes 10 years or more to hit GEO5.
Any argument about GEO3 (post-BTship), 4 or 5 doing different/more work is moot in most schools.

Page 150/152? Last time also policeman wear shorts. You got see MI quantum in 2020 and 2021? Or you got D grade and no MI? Hahaha
