I noticed guys who worked in this audit industry are very shy and introverted kind

When encountered a problem, they will keep quiet

It only works if juniors foster a good relationship with the seniors in the first place, and look at it as seniors doing them a favour. Juniors if you are reading this, if you want seniors to help then buy them cofee, buy them sandwich, etc. Be thankful and ask politely. Know when to ask and when not to ask.

But these days junior gen z employees are entitled beyond believe. They think its god given that seniors SHOULD share with them. Not only are they not thankful, they even complain about their senior. Meanwhile, seniors have so much on their plate the last thing they need is a whinny ungrateful, entitled baby they need to babysit. No thanks. They can quit and drive grab, while about jhk and get stuck in thdir dead end gigs instead.

And they will start being wet and jelous when these auditors eventually move to commercial and hold regional FC or CFO positions. Any smart girl would hedge their bets and get them when they are young.

Its not an audit issue. Its a gen z issue. Even in investment banking lots of them quit within 2 years coz they can't take the heat. They thought they be wheelin and dealin when they got the 5 figure investment banking job only to realise they spend 16 hours a day running and checking excel spreadsheets and helping out their senior with writing prospectus. And if you think audit seniors are bad wait till you see investment banking seniors. 16 hours days, weekends, at beck and call, toxic abusive people, all these are the norm. You add up all the hours, weekend lost, lost relationship due to work, abuse etc, the pay is probably less than mcdonalds worker.
