Not so early. Most people quit in November, December. Some will take advantage of office closure during Christmas and quit in early Jan right before peak period. Partners and managers hate these people who leave right before peak

Unfortunately most of us are still here for the money.
There were a couple of associates I’ve met who come from well to do families but their parents insist they get “training” from B4 instead of parachuting into the family business after graduation, so they will be “respected” more on the ground.
