Hmm but if their basic is higher or on par than other B4, and the boost with CA makes them the highest, then wouldn’t this be OP? Like this everyone will only go Blue?

Yes blue is the only one that has not match other B4. The boost with CA needs at least 3 years...

Sounds fair to me…
If you willing to accept the first 3 years then you get superior rewards in the years after.

“At least 3 years” or “a mere 3 years”
You will be working for 30 or even 40 years
3 years is but a blink

FYI, most left within 2 years... not because they want to. Because of the workload...

What superior rewards are you talking about. Only partner’s compensation are amazing. The rest are pretty normal. Nowadays you seldom hear people taking a pay cut to join commercial and that says alot.

If you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen.
Before joining B4 audit you should also know this is a challenging role.

True. Those who take accountancy degrees only to quit after 1-2 years in the practice are real idiots..

I guess you only read my post without reading the previous quoted post so you lost context of the conversation.
Blue gives a raise for being qualified as CA, but the other poster said the first 3 years of pay is lower. So I replied that like in games, it’s reasonable for a particular Hero to have lower stats in lower levels but becomes much stronger in later levels. If you don’t like this arrangement then you can play another class.
