Seniors should not be doing associates work but instead review their work and supervise them. Seniors have the obligation to report to the managers on junior’s performance (whether good or bad). If you all post it so openly, then all the Freshies will simply choose the one with the highest pay right?

or the partners of the firm can simply increase the salary instead of being so greedy

increases look meh, around 5-10% increase per rank

after bonus paid out, expect another wave of resignations
