Yes the biggest boss did come out to say that but hes retiring and now my partner says he prefers physical meeting cause more efficient- sadly i have to agree with this. Zoom cant have multiple people pitching it at once, meetings are simply slower and inefficient

Not only that but people dont even bother to dress up for meetings. As an SM, if i dress up and look professional for the meeting, I expect my juniors to the same, some of them just turn up with wet hair and home clothes. Its becoming a joke

??? It is with clients or internal? If internal, I think home clothes look perfectly fine. Even with clients (as long as not the more formal meetings with many stakeholders), I think it is ok too.

Don't be such an uptight or stuck up SM.

Ex audit here. I do dress in home clothes for internal, and maybe switch to a polo tee if I am interviewing others. For external meetings (if my clothes are not holey), I and have see others who don't specifically change up. This involves meetings which we speak to ppl from banks, which tend to be abit more particularly with dress code

Abandon any notion that you're "too good for audit" with a FCH. It doesn't matter now since when you go outside, you will be judged the same as a non-FCH auditor looking to leave audit.

Give you an analogy: Ms Universe marry a useless bum husband, married for 4 years with 2 kids. If she were to divorce and look for another far better husband, her Ms Universe credentials ain't worth much. She should have looked for a higher quality husband right after she won the competition.
