Wow what an insane progression. As a fresh grad, I feel that Audit is like a game for late bloomers. You start out lower than your peers but over time you overtake your peers. Audit is a late game character and it pwns other careers outside when you hit partner.
Since there are so many millennials focusing on wlb and quitting within less than 2 years, I would stand a very good chance to become a partner given that I am a FCH in NTU and I am good with sales/business development.
