Default Advisory/Consulting Entry-Level Salaries

Hi all, does anyone know what are the entry-level salaries for advisory and consulting roles in the Big 4? Want to know specifically for KPMG but any other data points are much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi, I am an audit and assurance senior manager in one of the big 4. This is actually pretty normal for someone that is going through the partner track. We have a enhanced training program for those high potential staff, such as going through multiple big engagements during the peak period. Only selected few will go through this enhanced training program and going through this program will set yourself apart from your peers. This is a test to determine if one has what it takes to become a partner and this is something we typically do not tell the associates and seniors

The journey to partner is definitely not an easy one. Being stacked under multiple engagements is tough but you could treat this experience as an opportunity to grow into becoming one of the future leaders in the firm.

Cool Story Bro. More like you want to help partner save cost and keep the budget low so that there will be more bonus for you and your partner.

Most seniors I know need to tank 2 or more engagements concurrently during peak period

Are 2000 kids just mentally weaker than those of us from the 80s?

Or is it people now just more vocal about their difficulties and challenges compared to last time?
