if you noticed all the jjww are the one who hates OT, I mean OT is the norm in the corporate world and yes, maybe we are not well compensated for OT. But on another hand, there is a guaranteed yearly promotion as the trade-off, as well as, corporate training and subsidised for certifications.
for me i think its just a PARTICULAR big firm that ppl always jjww lah (same birds flock together lel), u got see OTHERS big firm dragging their managing partner into this forum?

this annual promotion is ******** la. Many other companies like shopee also can give good annual promotion and increment if you are good. Not forgeting that they start with a better base salary too. i think sell insurance also better than working in big 4 audit

Lol peasant mentality. It's absurd that if 2 auditors get married, and after working for 5 years, their combined income hasn't exceeded the BTO ceiling yet.
It's kumgongs like you that keep the wheels of Big 4 grinding.

Big 4 are peas in a pot with minor differences in culture
Funny that someone think is just max Loh hei firm got this issue
Can continue to live under your more privileged other than yellow big 4 rock and watch ppl exit this industry and have WLB with good pay while u count beans until 3 am and call yourself hardworking )
Oh also good luck when u exit cos I kind of see 100++ desperate people trying to get that one good finance mgr position leh

U talk as if the average household income is 20k per month.
BTO is not easily to ballot for. Good that we have 5 years to try. Very prime locations being offered soon. Buy for 600k, sell for 1.2m!
You can go and buy yr CBD condo and lose 20%.
