i am still hoping to make partner but at manager level, partner seems to be so far away still and the **** keeps getting worse and worse. most of my peers who went to mncs are earning 10% higher than me based on current pay. if add all the losses i made from year 1-4, i think their lifetime income is at least 150-200k higher than me.

30% increase? Wow.. That's about 5k+? What is the company size and industry? Is it a manager position?
What is the partner probability like? If I'm not wrong, the average performer will end their career at senior manager - assoc director right?

5k was her old salary. manager position but more like team lead as only 3 staff below her.
partner probability also depends on your luck, if you are around partner level and there is a partner retiring, good chance you will get to move up. if you see your partners all young guys, then no chance for you la. no different from civil service, if the top dont leave, no position for you.

intern and starting salaries
Hi, everyone !
Does anyone know the Big 4 starting salaries for postgraduate students this year(2016)?
(Does the university make any difference? Or, every A1 gets the same salary??)
How long do auditors work per day on average? (I heard about long working hours, but have no concept about "how long")
Besides, how about the pay for internships there?
Thank you all !!!!!
