Not op, can be ambitious, but the firm structure doesn't allow you to jump ranks. Lol, so how to take action? They go strictly by the cutoff. Someone joined a few days after the cutoff date and missed the entire cycle.stayed longer than the normal 1 year period

For those who endure 5-6 years to reach manager level, it’s hard to compare fresh grads with them. They have been undergoing on the job training for so long and exposed to so much ********. You can’t discount their experience. You jiayou, okay? Make it to partner and see if you can change the system

NTU, NUS, SMU fresh graduate should reject the A1 offer and demand for M1 position and training by partner.
Is a waste of time to start from bottom.
