Not op, can be ambitious, but the firm structure doesn't allow you to jump ranks. Lol, so how to take action? They go strictly by the cutoff. Someone joined a few days after the cutoff date and missed the entire cycle.stayed longer than the normal 1 year period

That's why change the system of game first

Suggest Lor. But unlikely la. Why would partners listen to small fry. The Big 4 system is based on an attrition model and cannot have too many at the top. For those who endure 5-6 years to reach manager level, it’s hard to compare fresh grads with them. They have been undergoing on the job training for so long and exposed to so much ********. You can’t discount their experience. You jiayou, okay? Make it to partner and see if you can change the system

That's why gen Z local uni fresh graduate protest by not joining big4

NTU, NUS, SMU fresh graduate should reject the A1 offer and demand for M1 position and training by partner.

Is a waste of time to start from bottom.
