I heard a lot Malaysian EP holders (Audit Seniors) in EY are not able to renew their EP.

Most of them were previously transferred from KL.

I very surprised of that post. I also come across a few associates telling me their first position should be M1 and not A1. Why are graduates so ambitious and greedy nowadays?

If they are capable, don’t even start in audit. Go to MAP, banks or fpa .

Usually, audit is the last choice. If you don’t have the ability, then just suck it up and start from the bottom.
