my audit associate who graduated from NTU told me that his career should start from M1 and not A1
He say A1 is for ITE and S1 is for polytechnic.
Do you think NTU graduates are overqualified for A1?

Say REAL ONE !!
Does the audit partners really need NTU, NUS, SMU graduates to work for them because of branding in order to charge clients higher audit fees?
If so, please knee down and beg the graduates to join you.

But M1 in big4 get paid about 7k. So, in that sense, fresh grad could potentially be a fit as a manager. However, they lacked the experience of the FS and stuff. I personally feel, max for fresh grad is S1.
but nowadays big4 treat a1 like puppy woof and pay like private deg lol.

Becos of the hierarchical structure, you can't jump a grade and have to start from the bottom. An exception to this is to go in as a direct A2 provided you have completed your internship with them.

No, you are too naive. As long as you are willing to OT, you are welcome.
