But M1 in big4 get paid about 7k. So, in that sense, fresh grad could potentially be a fit as a manager. However, they lacked the experience of the FS and stuff. I personally feel, max for fresh grad is S1.

but nowadays big4 treat a1 like puppy woof and pay like private deg lol.
