short answer, yes. Mainly in terms of the job scope and pay grade.
most of them are finding starting pay around 5k to 7k. Yes it is possible especially in consulting / map.
But M1 in big4 get paid about 7k. So, in that sense, fresh grad could potentially be a fit as a manager. However, they lacked the experience of the FS and stuff. I personally feel, max for fresh grad is S1.
but nowadays big4 treat a1 like puppy woof and pay like private deg lol.
