Nope its usually local being discriminated by Foreigners as the middle/hiring managers are usually foreigner in big4

No way. There are more jhk than sg. And jhk loves to play games as they have no better qualification or better opportunity. B4 is jhk playground. Just have to suk up the right person. If jhb beetter.. sg and jhk all ok unless is bbfa.

100% agreed. Seconded your statement that "b4 is jhk playground". its one of the few industries jhk really have free reign and best chance of progression

In commercial, they hv to compete against high performing Sinkies and FT from all over the world. Other top professional firms like consulting, high finance, law, commodities n brokerage, FAANG, usually jhk don't have calibre to join, only those satki elite one.

So for average performing jhk, B4 especially audit is really the best prospect for them to rise high and run amok when they're in charge, since its a semi -protected industry.

Average is overstatement. Most are just downright bad. Im at mid lvl with 6yoes
How can 1 audit without sound knowledge of frs, ssa and ita. Or maybe its just sg mid lvl setting to bar too high. But whatever...

What is the reason for you to switch from tax to audit? Speaking from experience you will need to start fresh again unless you have some experience in audit eg internship or secondment.

someone pls give me some advice : ( been working at big 4 for less than a year and i already feel like quitting >_<

my supervisor is a bit of a pervert and keeps touching my shoulder and i dont know how to react... he also makes me stay late in the office with him when theres nothing much for me to do ... any advice ?
