I feel the associates that were assigned to me sabo me and affect my career progression.

Don’t rely on luck of the draw to get strong associates.

You need to be strong enough yourself to tank everything.

I did school projects needing full team of 5 by myself and Aced it.

Trust no one but yourself. You can rely on others but it should be secondary.

This seems to be an asian thing? I was working in an ang moh country and the latest finance dept works until is 8pm.

More of a malaysian thing. Alot very backwards is tech and dont like to change. Local finance a lot malaysian.

my ex-colleague found a job in a bank working in the back end. Her job scope is processing the audit confirmation in Maybank for auditors.

80-90k p.a. include bonus. But is old pay for M level. Cant compare now i guess.
