im ex big 4 local, but i just wanna say something to my JHK l0sers

I appreciate you becos u pay for my million dollar condo for me
I appreciate you cos u grow my economy by accepting no WLB jobs
I appreciate that u abandon your country and parents to grow my country
I appreciate that you let me piak your jhb, but they not allowed to m0an in chinese
I appreciate that you indirectly strengthen my SGD for me to travel

Imagine after working 30 years in SG, you go back malaysia will have hard time finding jobs because no local work experience and even if u go back, people there are low quality.

And once u smell SGD, u cannot forget how it smells like. Sweet, sour, bitter. Smell of 3.5

so please stay and boost my country low birthrate

That role and co. Is not your average mnc. Even watchdog are watching cause too big already. He is a 60 plus uncle stay at landed 1. 20k is not even high.
If u do oil and gas industry, the operators/dealers are getting 5 figures per month, eg. 30k plus even for small subsi. Bonus per pax can be 700k usd or more.

Yeah no raises for M. They only cut bonuses to increase base for associates because that's all students care about. Overall TC and benefits actually dropped... Disappointing to see that attrition rate is so low, the partners must feel so validated.

Bobian sinkies are an honest bunch, treat them like dog until kpkb so much but still vote for them. Kpkb dont affect their $$$ but losing seats do. Same thing in audit, only a lack of staff like during covid can affect partners, all these audit dogs kpkb so much but body so honest never resign, the firms sure become even more daring. Low income is better than no income. Cant really go anywhere in accountancy. High earners out there are very experience. U b4 monkies 2 to 10 yoes think the world own you liao. Dont work like that lo. Good ones kick start the carreer after grads alrdy high earner and career path like alrdy set. Not like b4 clowns looking for exit opportunity. Lol
