I have to say out of 10 sinkie mgrs I worked with, 8 are really good. Got brain and willing to guide the juniors. Some will scold when juniors make mistakes but they will teach them properly. So all in good. Those got IQ and EQ, sadly were overly burnt out and quitted before peak starts.
On the other hand, out of 10 jhk/jhbs mgrs I met, 8 are the worst kind of ppl u will ever see. Only know how to taichi stuff in their boleland engrish on teams. Anything ask them, they only know how to MIA. When the deadline approach, they will pester u like ur broken ex. These kind of ppl, u will feel like cursing them every single day for making ur life miserable. Maybe out of 10 got 1 that is really nice. But that is as hard as striking 1st prize toto by buying quickpick

I appreciate that you let me piak your jhb, but they not allowed to m0an in chinese
I appreciate that you indirectly strengthen my SGD for me to travel
Imagine after working 30 years in SG, you go back malaysia will have hard time finding jobs because no local work experience and even if u go back, people there are low quality.
And once u smell SGD, u cannot forget how it smells like. Sweet, sour, bitter. Smell of 3.5
so please stay and boost my country low birthrate
I can sleep well tonight

Thank you so much for the rent, not cheap but certainly affordable.
Thank you for the open economy.
Thank you for letting my parents and girlfriend move into your house while you live elsewhere.
Oh hey, you can have the girls, it’s a fair exchange. Subjective but I think Singapore girls are higher standard and more quality anyway.
Oh actually, did you know Singapore is a net exporter? Hahahahahah
Wow 30 years, don’t think need so long. 10 years can go back buy home already, no need 30 year home loan like you.
Oh yes SGD is yummy yummy delicioussss
Happy to pump birthrates up. Win win situation.

Same. All the managers I liked are gone by Dec, the burnout must have been extremely bad because most quitted without a job in hand. A few were poached by client. Now left with the ones who think the status quo is fine.

Anyone else received an offer but at the same pay as your current role? Is the job market this bad for auditors? Thought usually it'd be 15-30% pay raise but I'm so burnt out from the job and tempted to just accept it to siam peak.
