This shows u take ownership. VS those dont giv a shyt, ie low end or weak performance, they love b4. Cos u wont find a shyt hole where u just need to stay to progress. Good 1 will leave to start up them self or join a more meaningful career.

Jokes on you. I don’t give a sheet I still get above average performance rating. You just need to learn to work smart and prioritize stuff. I laughed so hard omw out of the office when I see so many hardworking ox still in office at 7pm skipping dinners working on their wp. So many of them their back hunched until like 80yo lao uncles and lao aunties.

unlikely. you can work smart and prioritize stuff, but work in big 4 is voluminous and manpower lacking.
the fact that you see so many ox working in office at 7pm means u leave late liao, if not later.

Last time my office will give free sandwich at 7pm during peak and many hardworking ox will queue at the pantry at 7pm to collect the free sandwich. They look like dogs being fed by theor owners during feeding time
