Not sure if trolling.. but I'll bite.

Don't think so much la. Come to forum where people share their personal choices and for nothing tio say show off. You can read his mind that he 'trying to tell u he give a lot' ah? If so then you might as well become a fortune teller. Must be you earn 4.5k and give your parents peanuts right that's why now guilty want to attack others.. lol

My husband earns 5k and i earn 4k pm. I give my mom 700pm because she takes care of my son, i know not enough but i cannot afford more than that. My husband gives his mom 500, he gave 1k before married, 800 when we were planning to get married and now 500 becuz we have a lot of loans.

Reno loans jus settled.
Car loans
kids
Childcare
Enrichment
Housing loans

I just asked him to reduce to 400 for his mom, i know many people will judge me but we cannot afford more. And we always been self sufficient never take a single cent from his family.

I earn $20K per month, wife not working to look after our kids.

I give my parents $700. They are semi-retired and quite comfortable with business income of $15K per month.

I give my wife allowance of $6K which she can use as she sees fit.

How old are you both?
How old are your kids and how much do you spend on child care centre?
Are you staying in a 4 room BTO flat?
