I wonder if the HR will forget to notify me that I'm rejected.

Hi. as long as you went for the interview, and if got rejected, they will send you a letter to inform you being rejected. unless you have strong referee, after interview usually have to wait few months.

Does the few months wait apply to all candidates or? Will PA take few months to send a letter of rejection to rejected candidates?

Folks, there is no need to wait for official rejection letter.
Just get over the interview and then keep applying for jobs elsewhere.
If they ever reply with a job offer, that is a bonus. Better to keep oneself occupied with other applications, otherwise time is difficult to pass.

Hi.. Can I ask, does PA contact candidates after interview for submission of additional documents? If they did not, does it mean that my chances of being shortlisted are low?

If after interview PA has to take few months, will they call up and inform the successful candidates that they are shortlisted verbally first during the waiting period?

based on my friends experience. I got 3 friends applied for this CM role.
1st one: called for interview. waited 5 months and got a call from PA for interview. She got the job after another 2 months wait.
2nd one: called for interview. waited a month. and received the letter of rejection that her interview did not went through.
3rd one: got a strong referee whereby one of the relatives is a high post of PA, received the call from HR 2 weeks later. go for interview within 1 week and got the job 2 weeks later.
