as for your second question, not sure but my friend as a cme reports to a DCD.

I read a blog post, the ex cm stated hr got back to him 2-3 months later😱

Ok, i believe they are hiring in batches. Therefore the long wait. It is very messy at my current workplace (similar stat board) where they hire as and when needed causing planning nightmare for HR for courses and programmes.

CM reviews on pages 40 onwards very discouraging. Is it true? still like tat?
