I was a CM for 2.5 years in one of the CCs in the
west. My starting pay at $4,275 with additional $400
field allowance and $41.40 Flexi benefit in year Mar 2020.

My recommendation is not to stay too long.
Get the experience and move somewhere else. The work culture in PA was very toxic with CD who bullies and abused its staff.

I have been applying for jobs and have gotten no replies back. Should i consider applying for this role or at least a management executive?

oh wow, im actually living in the west too, hope i don't get posted to where you were if i get offered.

May i ask how many years of working experience did you have to get offered that salary?

im a 38yo male with diploma from SP. have close to 5 years of cust svc experience from telco n education/tuition industry. current salary is 3k monthly.

1) what's the salary range for mid-career / experienced hires for CME role?

2) understand there's a 3-years contract at the initial offering stage. what happens next? emplaced on perm scheme?

3) what's the regular working hours like for CME role? or is it subject to where im posted to?

Hi, can anyone share whats the starting salary of a NUS grad as a CM at PA? What is the career progression like and how long does each step take? How much are the DCD, CD paid also?

What is the salary range for PAL4 officers (DCD or AD)? I know it is very different to the MX scheme.
