Constituency Manager (People Association)

I am offered the position 4 weeks after the interview. I will be taking up the job despite many negative comments. I believe different people has different take on the job. Based on my past working experience, I concluded that I like shift work and enjoy working many people. So this seems like a good job to me.

sent my application to apply for the CM role in Jan but until nw in the website my application is still remain as submitted and not review or rejected. really wanted to get it. can anyone advise what I should do. should I contact the HR?

Jan till now is a long time. Did you apply for other jobs as you mentioned you really want to get a job as a CM?

Interview done around jan/feb too. Got called up recently, posted to my nearby CC. walking dist only 5 min. Salary 3297 basic + 500 allowance. I am currently employed as sales consultant with 2.5k basic + 500 allowance. I must say i am enjoying my current work but not aws no bonus. However, i am gonna forgo PA CM job. Do u think its a wise choice? I have a bachelor degree in RMIT.

you mentioned that you're currently enjoying your work. what made you apply for the CM job in the first place?

i can see there is a diff of $797 in terms of salary. you sure you want to forgo when there is bonus and aws?

in the first place, if you like your job, you wouldn't hv apply for the CM position. either it is for monetary reason or other reasons for you to try CM position, perhaps to help you make a better decision, you should think about future. eg, what do you want to see yourself in for the future. serving communities or a sales manager.
